Women on the Grid Hub

UKNIAF works to amplify the voices of Nigerian women who work in the top echelon of the on-grid space in the Power sector, through the ‘Women on the Grid Hub’.

The Hub is an innovative mechanism that:

• provides a networking platform (national, regional, and international) for women who work in the on-grid space.
• supports senior level female technocrats in the electricity supply value chain with the tools and knowledge required to influence policy shifts that respond to emerging social and economic contexts.
• facilitates ongoing mentoring for younger female professionals who either aspire to be or are already in the sector.
• promotes international norms and standards that are contextually relevant.
