Leadership Team

Frank is an engineer with experience in the energy industry spanning the petroleum and power sectors. He is the Team Lead at the United Kingdom Nigeria Infrastructure Advisory Facility (UKNIAF).

He was the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Neconde Energy Limited, an oil and gas exploration and production company with operations in Nigeria’s Niger Delta. Frank had earlier served as the Senior Special Adviser on gas to the Honorable Minister of Power. Prior to this, he was the Commercial General Manager at the Greenfield Olokola Liquified Natural Gas project where he represented Shell in the joint venture. Frank had previously held several key positions, including Senior Business Adviser for Mergers, Acquisitions and Divestments and Chief Information Technology Officer at Shell.
